The Buccaneers have parted ways with third-year tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins following his early morning Friday arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and a driver’s license violation, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports via Marc Sessler of NFL.com.

Seferian-Jenkins later tweeted about his departure: “Thank you TB! Next chapter.”

“By the time we found out (about the arrest), we were into meetings this morning and we’ve been on the practice field,” Bucs coach Dirk Koetter said Friday, per the team’s official team website. “(General manager) Jason (Licht) and I will be getting together this afternoon and whatever is going to happen will be forthcoming.”
