Bucs Win 30-21! And I’m Late!!

Just friggin' shoot me now. I just keep finding too much stuff I want to keep tabs on, and that's keeping me from saying things like this: Nice Game! Yes, a couple of late turnovers made this a game when it was a blow out, but the Bucs still turned around and put Green Bay in its place. The Bucs pretty much dominated the Packers. The final score wasn't indicative of how badly the Bucs took it to them, so let's talk about it:

Quarterbacks DREW BREES of the New Orleans Saints, JASON CAMPBELL of the Washington Redskins and BRETT FAVRE of the New York Jets are the finalists for the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week honors for games played on September 28 - 29, while running backs EARNEST GRAHAM of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, LARRY JOHNSON of the Kansas City Chiefs and CLINTON PORTIS of the Washington Redskins are the finalists for the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week honors, the NFL announced today.

Upset In The Battle Of The Bays

My heart was heavy every time I saw Matt Bryant walk on the field. This man has so much courage. I couldn’t fathom losing a child, and playing a game just a few days later. How Matt did it, we’ll never know. One thing is for sure though. Tryson was his father’s angel yesterday, as Matt won the game with his timely kicking. Had Bryant not been there, the Bucs would have never pulled the upset. Let’s look at what made this game what it was:
