Albert Haynesworth Watch: Titans Begin Talks of Long-Term Deal

We're officially on Albert Haynesworth Watch and so the waiting begins. With the regular season over, the Tennessee Titans now have just over two months of exclusive negotiating time and they have started right away. The Titans GM called Haynesworth's agent on Monday.

As the season came to an end on Sunday, none of us were all too happy. Our 9-3 playoff bound Tampa Bay Buccaneers had become a 9-7 non-playoff team no one wanted to claim. Looking ahead: The 2009 schedule

This was in the newspaper the other day, but we never did post it here. The Bucs' 2009 schedule has been determined. The only missing pieces were the opponents from the NFC West and North. Now that we know the Bucs finished third in the NFC South, it's been established that they'll face the respective third-place teams from those other divisions.

Tough to rate the Bucs’ offensive line

Brooks Wants To Play In 2009

See, Derrick?  Doesn't this look like fun?  Wouldn't you like to do this ALL YEAR LONG?!?  You can, you know.  Just putting it out there.
Derrick Brooks announced today that he intends on playing out his contract in Tampa that is set to expire at the end of the 2009 season.
