The Bucs look like they will be without starting strong safety Jermaine Phillips up to six weeks as he has a broken left forearm.  This is not the first time he’s dealt with a broken forearm, as he broke his right forearm in 2004 that forced him to miss the last five games of the season.  He had two tackles in the loss Sunday to Dallas.  He will be be replaced in the secondary by Sabby Piscitelli.
