I’m A Drunk, Jim, Not A Doctor!

Matt McCoy was arrested for DUI close to his home in Tampa at 4:11 this morning. McCoy refused a Breathalyzer test, most likely because he was really drunk. He hung out in jail until 1:14 this afternoon.

I miss the days when mugshots used to have the prisoners holding their case numbers up to their chests. Those were classic.
