NFL Roster Cuts to take place today… 4pm Deadline

The Bucs have to trim their rosters today from 75 players to 53 players. I believe there is a 4pm deadline for Roster Cuts so be sure to keep an eye out for them. A couple players on the bubble in my mind:

RB/KR Clifton Smith, DT Dre Moore, LB's Geno Hayes & Patrick Chukwurah, CB's Elbert Mack, Marcus Hamilton, and Eugene Wilson, QB's Luke McCown, Chris Simms, and Josh Johnson among others. Yes folks, the Chris Simms era could come to a screeching halt today, ahhhh. In case you missed the 5 previous roster cuts earlier this week, here they are:

The Bucs have finally made those Roster Cuts… The players being let go? WR Paris Warren, LB Antoine Cash, and S Donte Nicholson. If you’re scratching your head thinking, ‘Hey that’s only four players’; the Bucs also put RB Cadillac Williams on the Physically Unable to Perform List and optioned CB Sammy Davis to the ever popular Injured Reserve List.
