Favre story remains fluid

Despite Brett Favre's agent saying a resolution was close and a Tuesday night report indicating a Packers-Bucs deal was done, we still don't have a final outcome and might not for awhile.

The latest news has Favre telling ESPN upon his departure from the Green Bay airport to his hometown of Hattiesburg, Miss., that a trade to the Bucs is "still uncertain." Favre also described the Jets as being "still in the running."

At 3:30 p.m., Favre's flight from Green Bay landed at the Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport. 

Before departure, Favre told ESPN, "I just want to get on the field and get going. I'm 38-years old.''
