Bucs Receive Permission To Speak To Favre…Or Have They?

Earlier this morning it was reported that both the Bucs and Jets had received permission to speak to Brett Favre. Not that long ago, it was reported that the Bucs had not received permission. The teams would pursue Favre via trade, but two things need to happen first. For starters, Favre needs to file his reinstatement papers, and the commissioner needs to approve of it. Secondly, the Bucs need to gain that permission. They also need to figure out who they want to trade. I’m getting sick of this. I hope something happens, and soon.
