Bucs Have Permission To Talk To Favre

According to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports via PFT, the Buccaneers have received permission (presumably because they asked) to talk to Brett Favre about a trade. I'm not going to bother making a joke about this because I'm sure I'll have to write something more about it this weekend.
