Colts Sign Two Quarterbacks Not Named Simms

Yesterday, Indianapolis signed quarterbacks Quinn Gray and Jared Lorenzen, putting an end to the speculation that Chris Simms would be shipped to the Colts because of their lack of quarterback depth. There are still too many mediocre quarterbacks out there in free agency to create a trade market for another mediocre quarterback. It's looking like Simms will show up to camp and take third string reps for at least a couple days until Jeff Garcia comes back to town. Unless they give the third string reps to Josh Johnson over Simms, which would the most overt sign yet that they're just fucking with him.

I still can't believe the Bucs lost to Quinn Gray. That's just awful.
