Plummer Finally Becomes A Man

After holding out on the Bucs since March 2007, Jake Plummer has finally decided to man up and pay the Bucs the money he owes them. Well, sort of.

The Bucs wanted Plummer to pay back the $7 million signing bonus that he received. Instead, they reached an agreement for $3.5 million, half of what they were seeking. When Plummer was traded to the Bucs, he immediately announced his retirement. He never played a minute, and the Bucs wanted the $7 million back, because he did not fulfill his contract agreement. Hopefully, this means the end of the Jake Plummer saga. We don’t need anymore of his crap.
