Rams Claim Gradkowski

Several teams put in waiver claims for Bruce Gradkowski, but St. Louis with their 3-13 record for 2007 was the lucky team to nab him.

I'm not really surprised at the amount of interest he drew. The quarterback pool is pretty shallow, and this year's crop of senior quarterbacks doesn't look too promising. Gradkowski has 11 games of starting experience, if you want to call the beatings he took and the throws he missed "experience". But he's tough and has a lot of people like his attitude. With the Rams, he should easily put Brock Berlin out of a job, and Trent Green is one concussion away from a dribble cup, so he has an opportunity to with the #2 spot if he can find someone to improve his accuracy. So, enjoy St. Louis, Bruce. Just remember, do not carpool with Leonard Little. Trust me on this one.
