I can’t remember the last time the Bucs have been on national tv, for every one to see. Not during their Super Bowl year, not in the years following. Apparently, winning their division and making it to the playoffs is good enough for the Bucs to be recognized. I never get to see the Bucs on tv, so this year is one I’m looking forward to. Here are the nationally televised games:

Sunday October 19, 8:15 pm, NBC

The Bucs will face off against the Seattle Seahawks, for the third time in three years. This will be the Bucs first time ever on Sunday Night Football on NBC, which will be in its third year this year. Luckily, this game will be played in Tampa.

Monday December 8, 8:30 pm, ESPN

Are you ready for some football? The Bucs haven’t been on Monday Night Football since 2006, when they lost to the Panthers, 24-10. Their opponent this year? The Panthers, in Carolina. The Bucs will be seeking revenge for sure.

Sunday December 21, 8:15 pm, NBC

The Bucs get to enjoy their second Sunday Night game ever, as they take on the San Diego Chargers in Tampa. Three games, two in Tampa. How I love home-field advantage.

Here is the rest of the schedule.
