Welcome to the Bucstats.com Second Annual Draft Contest: Electric Boogaloo, now with 100% less Adolfo Quinones. You're welcome. Let me first say that this contest would not be happening if the wonderful people at Bucgear.com hadn't stepped up and sponsored it with their prizes. If you visit them, they're more likely to do nice stuff like this in the future, so please do. If you use the discount code "bucstats" when checking out of their store, you'll get 10% off your entire order through May 15.

The rules are almost the same as last year: Predict the players the Buccaneers will take in each round of the draft. Include player name, position and college. Each player is worth ten times the round in which they were drafted. If you get the player wrong but their position correct, you get half points (for example, if you guessed Matt Ryan in the first round, but the Bucs selected a different quarterback in that round, you'd still get 5 points.) I will again award 100 points for a correct trade prediction that includes trading partner and terms.

Tie-Breaker: In the unlikely event of a tie, I'll use this answer as the tie-breaker. Predict the #1 overall pick in the draft.

Whoever gets the most points wins a $50 gift card from Bucgear.com. Second place wins a $25 gift card from Bucgear.com. Winners will be posted on the home page of the site a day or two after the draft ends. Hey, this ain't Publisher's Clearinghouse; I have other things to do too, you know. I will also contact the winners via email, so please leave your real email address. I will discard them after the contest ends. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Good luck.

(Last year I was kind of dumb to just accept the entries in the comments. This year there is a separate page for the contest where the entries are not displayed publicly.)

Gaines Adams is wearing the second place prize from last year's contest. His first place prize? $18.56 million guaranteed.
