Rich McKay Still Quite The Asshole

It looks like the Competition Committee is not going to back the Buccaneers' proposal of increasing the gameday active roster from 46 to 47 players, including a designated long snapper. In completely unrelated news, Rich McKay is the co-chair of the Competition Committee and he hates the Bucs pretty bad. He would hate them more, but summoning that much anger and emotion is a lot of work, and that's not what McKay is about.

Why is McKay still on the Competition Committee again? Doesn't he have to have some kind of football-related job for that? Arthur Blank took away all his real power and left him as impotent as the Nevada Boxing Commissioner. Should he really still be involved in decisions that don't affect him anymore?
