Buccaneers Re-Sign DE Carter

Even after 14 seasons, apparently defensive end Kevin Carter still has it; on Tuesday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Carter to a contract, of which terms of the deal were unavailable as of this writing.  Carter, is in his 14th year - his second with Tampa Bay; he has played 208 consecutive games with the St. Louis Rams, Tennessee Titans, Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
