Bucs bring back Old Man Rivers aka DE Kevin Carter

Despite the Raiders throwing endless amounts of cash at Free Agent DE Kevin Carter. The Old Man decided to return to the Bucs for one more season.

I wasn't a fan of his signing last off-season and I'm still not (I'd rather see Haye, Adams, White and "Enter Draft Project Here" get more reps). Carter was non-existent when it came to pressuring the Quarterback, but he more than held his own when it came to stopping the run and filling gaps. With the Bucs adding Jimmy Wilkerson and Marquise Douglas this off-season, I really don't see how the lethargic Carter will get on the field, but it doesn't really matter when the young guys mentioned above will get the majority of the reps.
