BREAKING NEWS: Griese Headed Back to Bucs

In a move that is nothing less than questionable, the Bucs traded for Brian Griese. The cost? An undisclosed 2009 draft pick. I’m not a fan of this move. Not that I have anything against Griese, but did the Bucs really need to trade for an aging quarterback? My speculation was that the Bucs needed a quarterback more than most positions in the upcoming draft. This doesn’t mean that they won’t nab a QB, but they just added a 37-38 year old on their roster. I don’t know what else to say about this without spewing expletives. I’d already stated that the Bucs had made some questionable decisions this off-season, but this by far, has been the worst.
