Free Safety Jackson Undergoes MCL Surgery

Free safety Tanard Jackson should be okay for offseason training despite undergoing surgery on his MCL after last season. Today’s Tampa Tribune reports that Jackson was injured during the home playoff loss to the eventual Super Bowl Champion Giants, but that it was just a scope, he should be close to 100 percent by the time workouts kick off.  The rookie had a solid first year, with two interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and 13 breakups.
