Even though the Jags were down to their third-string quarterback, they were still able to pull off an upset against the Bucs, winning 24-23.

Hello, I’m Jamie Kiefer, a new writer here for Atop the Crow’s Nest. It’s an honor to be working here, and I look foward to sharing everything Bucs wise with you fans.

The Buccaneers fell to 4-4 yesterday, failing to post the one victory that would surpass their total number of wins for all of 2006. The worst part about the game was that “Mr. Efficient” was “Mr. Efficient” no more. Through the first seven games of the season, Jeff Garcia had thrown 0 interceptions. Week 8 comes, 60 minutes go by, and Garcia’s interception numbers go up by 3. The Buccaneers have now lost 3 of 4. Next week, they’ll be up against the Cardinals, looking for win number 5.

This will be my first of many posts to come. Go Bucs!
