Lions and Bucs Clash

This weekend when the Buccaneers head to Detroit to take on the Lions, they will be taking on one of the most high powered offenses in the NFL. The Lions are 3-2 while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on top of the NFC South (Regardless of what NFL.com says, Tampa Bay beat Carolina, therefore there is no tie.) The Bucs defense has been stiffeling at home, on the road it has been a different story. The Buccaneers have given up 60 points on the road, while at home they have only given up 27 points at home and have yet to let an opponent score in the first half at home.
The Buccaneers are 1-2 on the road heading into Detroit and if they want to leave 2-2 on the road and 5-2 over all, their secondary are going to have play a very good game as they are going up against a very potent passing game with Williams, Johnson, and Kitna. The bright spot for Tampa is the Detroit Defense is pretty much non existent and with the acquisition of RB Michael Bennett from Kansas City, The Bucs could have their running game back in form this weekend.
Joey Galloway will be the receiver to watch as Garcia goes to him early and often and Ike Hilliard is never to far behind him. The Buccaneers should get an easy win this weekend and Garcia should look to simply tear apart that Detroit secondary and hopefully show the Lions no mercy after Roy Williams stated this week that a two year old could run the west coast offense, If I’m Garcia and Gruden, I am going to run the score up on these guys.
