Jake Is Going Del Home

That doesn't make a damn bit of sense. It sounded good in my head, like my idea to replace the entire cast of The Office with penguins for one episode. Who doesn't love penguins? But much like this entry's headline, that plan was poorly thought out. Penguins are too expensive to import from Antarctica, and since I couldn't find the elusive Hoboken penguins, it was doomed to failure.

Speaking of doomed to failure, the Panthers will put Jake Delhomme on injured reserve, leaving the offense in the hands of a quarterback is going to be so shell shocked for the rest of the year that his eyes will be darting back and forth like he's Tivoing through a tennis match. They're looking for another quarterback now because all that's left behind David Carr is undrafted rookie Matt Moore.

I've noticed that the Bucs have four quarterbacks on their roster. I don't like the idea of sending Chris Simms to Carolina, and I don't think the Panthers would be willing to part with anyone in a position of need for the Bucs. But, you know, is DeAngelo Williams really the future of Carolina's running game? If so, then why does DeShaun Foster continue to get the majority of carries? Just thinking out loud here.

What's that blue thing on his leg? I thought he hurt his back.
