Deuce McAllister tore his ACL during the Monday night game when Drew Brees overthrew him and made McAllister jump for the ball. Even though McAllister is on a rival team, no one likes to see another human being seriously injured. I'm sure you'll all join me in wishing Deuce a speedy recovery.

Naw, man. I don't need to stretch. My body's cool like that.

Oh thank God Deuce McAllister is injured. He's out for the whole season now, which leaves Reggie Bush as the main tailback for the Saints. You know who has more rushing yards than Reggie Bush this year? Earnest Graham. So does David Garrard. Bush is currently the 45th leading rusher in the league. The league still has only 32 teams, by the way. They may not win a game all year. Hell, McAllister is their best player and they were 0-3 with him. Is it possible to have negative wins? Could they go -3-16? They may get beat so bad this season that it actually takes away some of their wins from 2006.

The Saints and the Falcons are done for the year. The only chance either of them has of winning is when they play each other, and those will probably result in scoreless ties. The Panthers are the only real competition for the Bucs this season. Drew Brees is twice the quarterback Jake Delhomme is, and Brees put his best weapon on IR with one of his passes. It's only a matter of time before Delhomme throws a pass that breaks Steve Smith's back. Then we're on easy street. But please, try to look sad when it happens. We don't want the rest of the league to think we're monsters.
