DeAngelo Hall Loses His Shit In Front Of 68,000

I'll be honest, I've seen a few interviews with DeAngelo Hall and he seemed like a nice enough guy. But, damn, do I love it when a rival NFC South's situation goes from bad to pants-shittingly terrible.

Hall was penalized 67 yards on a single drive, two personal fouls and one pass interference. Then he went to the sideline and started berating Bobby Petrino

"Jake [Delhomme] threw a beautiful ball and I got tackled," [Steve] Smith said of the first penalty. "The next play, it was a run play, a toss around the side and he came out and he came and took a cheap shot at me. Obviously, that's the kind of player he is."

Now PFT is reporting that one of Hall's teammates may have ordered a code red on Hall and given him a blanket party after the game. Wait, I guess they don't have blankets in the locker room. Towel party?

There are uncorroborated rumors making the rounds that Falcons cornerback DeAngelo Hall was beat up, presumably by one or more teammates, following a Falcons loss that was fueled in part by Hall's inability to control his emotions.

I watched the game and Hall definitely seemed like he was short one or two ass-whoopings, so maybe this will balance things out for them. I hope not, though. I really hope Hall comes to practice on Tuesday with some of this less-reputable Virginia Tech friends and starts a gang war right there in Flowery Branch. It's not like things can get much worse for the Falcons. In fact, I'd say their sesonn has... wait for it... gone to the dogs.
