That’s A Lot Of GHB

David Boston's piss results came back and, sure enough, he tried to date rape himself.
On Monday the police released the results, confirmed by two labs, indicating Boston had 870 micrograms per milliliter of GHB in his urine.
Man, that's a lot of GHB. Even Darrell Russell would have thought that's a lot of GHB. And that's not just me saying it. Here's a chick with degrees in chemistry and everything that also thinks so.
"That's a lot of GHB," said Sarah Kerrigan, a forensic toxicologist and director of the forensic science program at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Kerrigan has a Ph.D. in chemistry in the field of drugs of abuse testing. "That's consistent with someone who's taken the drug." GHB occurs naturally in the body, she said. But Boston's reading is "not natural," Kerrigan said.
Boston insisted he had done nothing wrong, which will probably make his penalty stiffer than it would have been if he had just come clean in the first place. Add to that the fact that he has already been cited for pot, cocaine and steroids in his career, and we may not see Boston on the field for quite a while. But I'm sure he'll use the time to clean up his act and get his life in order. But first maybe he'll just get a little high.
