More roster news: Darby cut

Got another update from our sources: Kenneth Darby, the running back from Alabama drafted in the seventh round, will be among the cuts when the Bucs announce them.

We hear it was a tough call, but it appears the Bucs may keep only four backs -- Cadillac Williams, Michael Pittman, Earnest Graham and fullback B.J. Askew. If they're lucky, Darby will clear waivers and the Bucs can place him on their practice squad.

If he gets away, the Bucs better hope none among the four backs gets injured.
