David Boston Arrested For DUI

The reclamation story of the season took an interesting turn last night when David Boston was arrested for DUI. It may not be as bad as it sounds.

Boston, 29, who lives in Cooper City, was found passed out at the wheel of a dark red Range Rover at 49th Street and Park Boulevard, Pinellas Park police Capt. Sanfield Forseth said. The vehicle's engine was running.

Boston told a Pinellas Park police officer he had left Orlando's Celebration area and was heading to Tampa International Airport, Forseth said.

The article also says he passed the breath test, so he wasn't driving drunk. It may be something as minor as Boston just being really tired and thinking it was best if he pulled over and slept for a while. Or it could be like that thing George Michael did. No, not that thing, you perv. Remember the time Michael smoked too much pot and got really tired and happy and went to sleep in his car? Boston would get fined and/or suspended for a couple games and probably put in the substance abuse program, but it wouldn't be devastating. Wait, what did that say? Pinellas Park? How the fuck did he get to Pinellas Park if he was driving from Orlando to TIA? You'd have to be pretty stoned to make that kind of detour. Oh, right.
