Indy’s Training Camp Is Hard

Booger McFarland didn't know the Colts took the "camp" part of training camp so literally.

"When I was in Tampa [with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers], we stayed in a nice hotel, had somebody make our beds and do all that good stuff," defensive tackle Anthony "Booger" McFarland said, recalling past training-camp experiences. "Then somebody called [before this trip] and said, 'Bring some comforters,' That’s something I’m not used to."

That had to be hard. He was also told that if he wanted a hot meal he had to bring some flint and that he wouldn't be allowed to bring his golf clubs to practices so he could work on his putting between snaps. So much for Tony Dungy's reputation of running a soft camp.

Can you believe they made McFarland play the Super Bowl in the rain?
