So I have about an hour of internet time here and I check my mail and look a few things over and had every confidence that the football-reporting world would go on without me looking over its shoulder for a while. And then I see this.

According to an eyewitness report, the 5-8, 170-pound [Martin] Gramatica bench-pressed 230 pounds three times without any sign of strain this morning.

I'll buy the 230 pound figure (with the bar), but I'm guessing he strained. And I can only imagine the contortions he put his face through on the third rep.
