Dave Moore Retiring

The longest tenured Buccaneers is stepping away from the game today. Dave Moore has decided to call it a career and leave on his own terms. Moore will have a press conference at 1:00 to announce it. If he says anything noteworthy, I'll update this entry.
Something I always admired about Moore is his respect for the Buccaneer legacy. He even went so far as to wear his old orange helmet for a practice last year during the week of the alumni celebration. Now Derrick Brooks and Mike Alstott are the only active Bucs left to ever wear the orange and white in a game. Hopefully Moore will use the podium this afternoon to lobby for a throwback game. Good luck, Dave.
