Ski does the follow-up I should have done and uncovers a writer that paid some attention to the open practice last week. As Ski says, Stephen Holder's first paragraph seems to hint that he keeps his eye on the Buccaneers blogosphere (I promise not to use that term again.)

We try not to dwell too much on what's happening in practices this time of year because, well, it's May for crying out loud. But for what it's worth, we did get a rare chance to sit on Thursday's workout at Raymond James Stadium and picked up a few tidbits.

Stephen, thank you for the update. I know it's May, and there's not always something to cover. But when the team gives you unrestricted access for a day, that seems newsworthy, especially during an offseason as critical as this one.

Go on and read Holder's summary of the practice. I'll say whatever there is to say about it in the next day or two. But for today, I leave you with a photo of Pat Tillman. Take just a minute to remember why you had the day off. Statistically, two or three American soldiers will die in Iraq today. I don't want to turn this silly football blog into a weak political statement. Just remember them.
