Bucs Sign Police Magnet Stevens

The Buccaneers, obviously feeling that they don't have enough players with recent mugshots, signed tight end Jerramy Stevens. The same Jerramy Stevens arrested for DUI, reckless driving, marijuana possession, and second degree assault. Ooh, and investigated for sexual assault, but was never charged. And let's not forget the knee-to-the-crotch he got from Tyler Brayton in a game last year because he totally deserved it. The only good thing about him is that he trash talked Joey Porter during the Super Bowl. Now that guy's a real tool.

Right now, the team has Alex Smith, Anthony Becht, Keith Heinrich, and T.J. Williams (from last year's draft) on the roster. So, I guess if you have a chance to get a first round pick in at the veteran minimum, you might as well (just ask David Boston.) But in this new age where character matters, you'd think if they were going to take a chance on professional assbag, they'd do it in a real position of need. Like, oh I don't know...
