This is a deal the Bucs should have done. For a fifth round pick, they could have had a proven return man and a servicable receiver. Right now the Bucs are using a roster spot on Mark Jones to only return punts, never once scoring. Hall has 11 touchdowns to his credit, five on punts and six on kickoffs.

The good news is that this kind of justifies Yamon Figurs's fifth-round draft grade. Figurs is a special teams demon both in returns and coverage, but not much of a receiver. If the Bucs want to instantly improve their field position game, they should take Figurs in the fifth.
