Next Stop, South Bend

The Buccaneers contingent left Atlanta and headed to South Bend for their meeting and workout with Brady Quinn. Jon Gruden was more open about how the visit went with Quinn than he was when he met with Calvin Johnson, a signal that he could be trying to play down the guy he really wants and talk up one of his alternates.
"All I can say is he is a tremendous, young prospect," Gruden said of Quinn, a four-year starter and holder of 36 school passing records. "I didn't realize he's as big as he is. I challenged him to kind of cool it on the weights. You know, he's looking too good. But he really blew me away today with his workout."
"... He's been well-coached. That's been well-documented. But I think what's being missed here is that this is a very physical guy that can make all the plays. I was very impressed."
After South Bend, the boys are off to Baton Rouge to meet and workout JaMarcus Russell, whom I predict will get the most glowing review from Gruden of all three players.
